All items are handmade and shipped from Bakersfield, CA.

What is your store's exchange/ return policy?

Due to the custom handmade nature of our items there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges on ALL of our items. All sales are final. 

There may be slight variations in pattern placement/ color. If there is a problem with your order other than size, then please contact us through e-mail. If your items do not fit, please feel free to resell or gift them. There are NO exceptions. If there is a workmanship issue regarding the product, please send an e-mail. Workmanship issues will only be considered within 3 days of delivery. If there is a problem with your product, it will be exchanged for the same size and print only. No refunds will be given. 

Happy Shombey has the right to refuse exchange/refund, and is subject to request proof of defect. 

How long until my order is shipped?

Please see each individual product listing for current turn around time. Turn around time does not include U.S observed holidays & weekends. If  you need your items sooner for any specific reason such as baby shower or gifting purposes, please e-mail us.

Wholesale Orders: All wholesale orders will have a minimum 4 week turn around up to 8 weeks depending on the size of the order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How do you ship orders? Will I be notified when my order has shipped?

We ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out.

Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Once shipped, you will get an automatic e-mail with the tracking number for your package. 

Disclaimer: Happy Shombey is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is out of our control once the package leaves the shop. What you see on the USPS website is what we see.  Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. 

***Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (minus shipping & no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website. 


Please note that all items are FINAL SALE. There are NO returns or exchanges. It is best to gift or resell. Size changes are not valid after the order has been placed. While I would love to accommodate every request for this, it is very difficult to keep track of size change requests once the order has been placed. Pattern placement on printed fabrics may vary from photo listed on the website and social media accounts. Colors also may vary between computer/phone screens.
